Shipping policy
We offer FREE UK shipping!
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in the UK . Every day, we deliver to customers across the UK, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent out within 24 hours after the order is placed Monday to Friday.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. This is same working day after for orders placed by 11am and next working day for orders placed after 11am. All orders are delivered within 2-4 working days after dispatch.
- PLEASE NOTE: For deliveries to flats/apartments unfortunately our drivers can only take items to the front of the flat building and not up stairs/lifts.
International Shipping
International deliveries will take 5-10 working days depending on the country where your order is being shipped to.
Please note there may be an additional custom duty depending on your country's jurisdiction. Please consult with your local authority to enquire about the relevant tax and duty amount.
For international shipping, there might be additional time required for customs clearance. Please note when the parcel is held by the local government customs department for document checks, we do not have any influence over this as this is a separate government run department from the courier.
If there was no movement from customs in 30 days, please contact us and it will be treated as involuntary cancellation and will not affect the amount of refund.
In between the 30 days intervals, if there is any movement from the courier tracking site/the parcel passes customs, a cancellation request becomes voluntary cancellation. Additional courier costs will be incurred and deducted from the total refund should the buyer wishes to cancel at this stage. Please contact us for more details regarding the cancellation fee (T&Cs applies).
