Please ensure you have fully charged your e-scooter before you attempt to use it. The light on your charger will turn from red to green once the e-scooter is ready to use.
For some of our models there is a battery isolator switch typically located under the charging port or on the oppasite side of the charging port-ensure this is pushed in.
Should your scooter still not turn on please contact our support team who will respond in a quick and timely manner.
Our E-scooters do not require any assembly, normally needing just the handlebars or stem of the e-scooter to be attached. The tools and bolts needed come packaged with the e-scooter.
How often you need to service your e-scooter will depend on how often you use it.
If you are using your e-scooter every day we recommend checking it over once a week. Ensure that the tyre pressures are correct, there are no signs of excess wear and tear on key components and that all screws and bolts are securely fastened according to any instructions.
We offer a full repair service at our showroom in West Drayton.
Should you require a maintaince or repair service;

Yes, all the e-scooters that we sell have an automatic cut off in the battery management system that will stop charging when the battery is full. We recommend keeping your battery charged up at every opportunity.
Unfortunately, punctures can occur due to a number of factors, such as the surface of the road, sharp objects, use with incorrect/low tyre pressures, excess tyre wear and excess e-scooter load.
One of the best things you can do to avoid punctures is ensure the tyre pressures are regularly checked and maintained at the manufacturers recommended level. Keeping them topped up will make it harder for sharp objects to enter the tyre, prevent pinch flats and allow puncture prevention fluid (if you have it installed) to work at its best. For Solar scooters this is 40 PSI for off road tyres with an inner tube and 45 PSI for on road tyres.
Punctures and flat tyres (even those filled with puncture prevention fluid) are not covered by returns or warranty as they are considered ‘consumable’ parts which can be prone to wear and tear over time.
P1 2.0, P1 Pro And FF Lite FAQs
Please ensure to charge your scooter for about 10 hours prior to your first usage. Also because of the nature of the lithium battery, we always encourage the user to charge your scooter as frequently as possible. A partial discharge reduces stress and prolongs battery life, so does a partial charge.
The range is roughly 30 - 50 miles depending on scooter. However this will vary based on user weight, speed, terrain, slope etc. For longer range, we always recommend you to put on dual mode instead of single and on speed setting 2.
The intermittent power cut at the rear motor Indicates the battery is low.
Once the battery goes low it will have an intermittent power cut , this is standard for all high end scooters to protect the battery.
Also the scooter has a voltage protection mechanism, there will be an auto power cut after approximately 2 hours of usage to help protect the battery from draining out completely.
What happens is when you use full power, after a while the battery will go down and the LCD Screen will indicate a predicated battery level based on current speed and usage. However as soon as you stop for a bit or reduce speed significantly it will put the battery back so it will actually have more power than before.
Also the bars on the display are very predictive we would advise to always use the voltmeter on your key or display for a more accurate battery level indication.
For P1 2.0, P1 Pro and FF Lite, it’s IP54. Light rain/drizzle is fine, but not in heavy rain or going through a big puddle. It's important to avoid wet, or damp conditions whenever possible. Moisture can also be a problem because it can damage both the scooter's external and internal parts. Moisture that reaches the internal system or battery can cause rusting and electrical damage. This, in turn, can affect other components such as the brake system. Moisture can also corrode the shell of the scooter easily.
You might find some scooters on the market who claim to have different waterproof grades, but unless the battery comes as a whole unit of the foot plate (which makes it very difficult to repair parts) it's virtually impossible to declare it to be completely waterproof.
Most of the scooter have a start key or Fingerprint start. And yes you can also use a D lock or chain lock.
We do provide finance on all scooters, to apply for finance please add the your order to the checkout filling in your billing and shipping details. At checkout chose the option "Klarna", this will take your through the finance option. We act only as a broker and klarna makes the final decsion weather to provide finance.
Usually the sound is from the motor which is completely normal. Please do check your disc brake is not hitting the brake pads. Please do not use any lubrication e.g. WD40.
We would recommend you to check out below video:

Regen brake is Parameter 9. If you wish to turn the regen-brake on, it needs to be set to number 2.
We do not recommend the user to change any parameter settings without consulting with us, some of the parameters are for voltage and brake which have all been set at the most effective.
Please ensure your parameters are specific to your scooter as each scooter model parameter settings are different.
